RIPL Belgium 2024 - Schedule

Friday 17 May: welcome for participants from 2pm at the Ibis Style hotel 

            Parking available for trailers and motorhomes :-)

  • - Opportunity to visit the Hergé Museum (Tintin)
  • - Shopping opportunity at the Esplanade shopping centre in Louvain-La-Neuve
  • - Evening meal at the Ibis Hotel and conference on the Battle of Waterloo

 

Saturday 18 May: morning: breakfast and welcome of the last participants 

  • - Visit to the Hergé Museum (Tintin)
  • - Shopping opportunity at the Esplanade shopping centre in Louvain-La-Neuve
  • - Lunch at the Ibis hotel
  • - Afternoon: departure at 2 p.m. for a walk to and visit of Villers-la-Ville Abbey.
  • - Return to the hotel and evening meal at the Ibis hotel and lecture on the Battle of Waterloo (replay)

 

Sunday 19 May: morning brunch until 11am and swap meet. 

  • - Start of the walk to the historic site of Waterloo and visit of the various battle sites.
  • - Around 4.30pm: snack next to Wellington's HQ or Mont St Jean farm.
  • - Return to the hotel. 
  • - Evening gala dinner and tombola 

 

Monday 20 May: breakfast and end of RIPL 2024
